Binker Barn Reimagined

Unit 1 Block 1 Lot 2 . The wooden interior of “Binker Barn Revisited” sparkles with gem-like colors—brilliantly complementing the mellower tones of the outdoors—meadow, cypresses, sky, blue and white water. This home is one of the original “Binker Barns” designed by William Turnbull in the 1960s, reconceptualized in 2009 by Kay Kollar (an LA-based designer) and Douglas Thornley (a SF-based architect). The window seats give unobstructed view of the meadow and of the Pacific. The house also features a Yamaha studio upright piano, ready for an eager musical guest. Bed linens and towels are included.

Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's
