「Great location. Lovely view of street/park, bodega and ice cream downstairs. Loud on weekend nights. There is no kitchen but dishes and mini fridge are available. Couch folds out but is not serviceable as a bed. Fourth floor walk up, love it or hate it. Another review suggested AC works poorly but that was not the case — perfectly cool and comfortable in summer heat. Overall a usual NYC studio with plenty of charm.」

"清潔でお値段もお手頃なところは良かった。 ただ一晩中水が流れる音がして、きっと他の部屋の排水だと思うが、それが気になってあまり快適に眠れなかった。狭い部屋は覚悟して行ったが、ほんとに狭くて、初めての経験にちょっと面白かった。 夜部屋で寝るだけなら充分だと思う。"
