"Big room, whilst it advertises a coffee maker, only one pod was provided and 2 tea bags. No milk. The room was clean. But no house keeping if you stay less than 7 days. So make your bed and tidy up after yourself. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the city, so conveniently situated. But it is on a street that is pretty shabby. Staff were friendly. The communal areas are modern"

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious, and high-quality food. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ghent and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience!"
