「快適に過ごせました。朝食がおいしかった。トゥーン駅からは離れていますが、バス無料券をいただき、特に問題なかったです。早朝からバスが通っています。Wi-Fiはロビーのみ。ロビーには飲み物やアイスが無料でおいてありました。」

「Väldigt familjärt och mysigt hotell med bra service. Bussarna går alldeles nedanför hotellet så det är lätt att ta sig in till Thun. Man kan annars lätt promenera in till Thun då det är ett promenadväg efter sjön hela vägen. 」

「This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! 」

「I think it is a hotel with a nice atmosphere and good hospitality. Upon arrival, they offered us welcome drinks. I was grateful and it was delicious since I was thirsty. There is also a bottle of filtered drinking water in the room. Moreover, there is a shared kettle and espresso machine in the hallway. It is nice to be able to drink coffee or tea freely. 「Petra made sure we had everything we needed. Room included wine, beer, snacks, fresh fruit and lovely breakfast each morning rolled in. View is amazing. We had private sauna and whirlpool bath. Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!」

「Great hotel in the lake side. Since the closest restaurant was about 10 minutes walk, It is difficult in rainy and windy days. If hotel provide even simple menu of dinner, it would be perfect. We saw the group people enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. I did not feel good about it. 」

The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking both the lake and the majestic mountains—an unforgettable sight! Breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. Although the facility is not brand new, it is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the bus from Interlaken West station runs only once...
