Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred. "The property was not the one I thought and ended up being out of town in the CRA-Alle Hostel. This actually turned out to be advantageous for me as I was there for Wacken 2023 and they had moved camping to the airfield just down the road. There is very limited food and other services here but Hohenlockstedt is not too far. Staff were very friendly and accommodating for my stay."

"Your site says "motel am Outletcenter", but it does not say the actual name of the motel. We checked in at the pizza restaurant on the bottom floor. It was not obvious for us that that was the reception. We had some difficulties explaining to the "non-english" speaking person behind the counter that we had already payed through Pay pal. Luckily there was a guest at the restaurant who was able to translate for us."

"We stayed in this apartment for a week in July. The house is within 10 minutes by car to Flensburg where you can find pleasant streets with many shops and restaurants. Big beaches are also very close to the city. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need from kitchenware. It suits well to a family of two adults and two children like us, and is spacious inside while there also is a large garden. The hosts are very nice and helpful."
