Spinnaker House, a three-storey home has a kitchen/diner, utility, dining room, sitting room with electric fire, snug, and games room, along with nine bedrooms, six of which have en-suites; there's also a bathroom and a shower room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and wine chiller, and for entertainment, six Smart TVs and a foosball table. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with lawn and furniture, and roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome with a £30 supplement per pet. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.4 miles, and the beach in 0.7 miles. The bustling coastal town of Scarborough, which has been a favourite since the Victorian era, still has many of the original excellent structures, parks, and gardens, as well as its iconic castle that towers over the community. Two outstanding sections of lovely, golden sand beaches in North Bay and South Bay are very well-liked by families with young children. Numerous family-friendly activities are available, as well as many top-notch tourist attractions for adults, such as the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa, and the Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music.
