On the main level, you will find a spacious living and dining room furnished with comfortable and cosy pieces, fully renovated in 2024, which opens directly onto the terrace. This floor also includes a children's room equipped with 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed, also with access to the terrace.

On the lower ground floor, a large open-plan kitchen and living area forms the heart of the home, complete with a dining table and a full suite of cooking appliances including an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. This level also features a shower room with bidet, WC, and a hydromassage shower.

The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms: one room with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm, and a second room with 2 beds. Both rooms on this floor benefit from air conditioning. A second bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC serves this level.
