Very quiet and relaxing indipendent villa for 4, indipendent garden, sauna, jacuzzi.

Additional bedroom apartment for 2 located in main house (30 meters away) with independent indoor/outdoot kitchen and edicated garden with lunch area and barbeque for 6.

Exclusive 15x5 mt infinity pool with sea view over the Tuscan islands.

Small town of Pancole 3 minutes away. Scansano 10 minutes away. Maremma countryside renowned for the production of red and white wines (Morellino di Scansano). We produce our own wine and olive oil grown on our organic estate.

35 minutes away from the Tuscan coast of Monte Argentario, Talamone and Castiglione della Pescaia.
