"The bay is directly in the backyard where you can see the sun set each evening from the house. There is a small beach that is sandy during low tide. If you want to wade in the bay, wear water shoes because there is glass that washes in from the bay. Mosquitoes are a problem, but it isn't just here. ..."

"The rooms were very clean, and the shower worked so WELL (hot and nice pressure). The bathroom grout floor could use sprucing. BUT it was clean, on the main drag and parking pass so enough spaces for guests."
