The property is amazing and exceptionally equipped with everything you would want. Beautiful sunsets in this very private setting with enjoyable space inside and outside. The covered porch is fantastic. Our host Trey was outstanding answering questions promptly and communicating with us throughout our stay.

There is no way to properly describe this property, simply amazing. From host communication and flexibly to spacious and thoughtfully laid out and decorated. We were there for a full week and everyone had plenty of space for 10 people, 4 couples. The house is well appointed and there was considerable thought put toward making everything easy. Kitchens are by far the best we have seen in a VRBO and the setting feels absolutely secluded even with quick access to highways and local community.

We didn’t use the hot tub, but it’s there! We had a fire outside by the pool, nice conversations happened there. The house is beautiful, all pictures on line are accurate! The house is quite gorgeous and you have so many things provided to you for a comfortable stay. Trey, our host, was amazing!! I can’t thank him enough for his curtesy!!Many happy memories of this family vacation. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this Savannah waterfront property. The place was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Trey was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. This property was amazing in every way. Check in was smooth, communication was quick and thorough, and we were even able to get in a little early! The property was clean which is most important to me. It was also stocked with all kitchen ware, towels, toiletries, towels, bug spray, and sun screen. I had mentioned I was coming for my bachelorette party and they even went as far as putting themed floaties in the pool. The check out process was also so simple! They just asked that we took out the trash and started the dishwasher/ washer if we could, which we did! I would love to stay here again. If you're considering booking this house, just do it! You can't go wrong.

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this home! The southern hospitality was on full display - everything you could possibly need was thoughtfully noted and included throughout the home. The pool was such an amazing feature, we used it every single day. The home feels really nicely secluded while also being super accessible to nearby highways and the historic main streets. All of us kept saying that we needed to come back for future group trips because we loved it so much!

Beautiful house

This place is excellent. The whole property is gorgeous with amazing views of the savannah river. The house is very well thought out and convenient for visitors. We had high expectations from the pictures and description and they were exceeded. The host was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to all messages. Check in and check out were quick and simple.

Amazing Family Trip

We loved the location for a visit to relatives who live at the Landings at Skidaway, and it was so convenient. The house was clean and well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils and two kitchens! We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the outdoor tv, and sitting on the deck and looking out at the marsh.

Amazing Property Professionally Decorated

I stayed at this property the first week of January 2025, it was beautifully and tastefully decorated for Christmas. The house was incredibly comfortable with every amenity you need to have a comfortable stay. The small gym was a huge plus for us, every detail of the house is designed to make it a perfect space to share moments with your loved ones. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We found the location to be just perfect, close historic sites and walking trails as well as to the city.

Amazing!!!

This is a beautiful, beautiful home. The pictures online are gorgeous and it is even more impressive in person. You never want to leave the property nor do you need to but it is convenient to everything. A wonderful place to bring family or friends together.

Lovely stay in a beautiful home.

This house was as lovely as we could've hoped for and more. Well appointed, clean, spacious, and comfortable. After exploring Savannah all day, we couldn't wait to re-gather at the house to watch an incredible sunset over the water. Thank you Trey, we hope to return!!

The perfect chateau

If you're thinking about staying at this house, the only answer is, YOU MUST! From the second we arrived, everyone was in awe of the space. Not only is it gorgeous, clean, organized, but there is a ton of space and activites. Including giant jenga! There were 12 of us staying for a bach weekend and this house was the cherry on top of our time in Savannah. Trey was wonderful from start to finish! We can't wait to come back!!

The perfect wedding venue

I originally started looking for a place in Savannah that was large enough to accommodate myself and fiancé and kids for a small wedding at a nearby church. But when I seen this house, and the beautiful land and pool I knew this was the perfect place to get married! With a group of 12..I emailed the owner several times asking questions and he was prompt to get back with me and so very helpful. This place deserves a 10 star review!! There was sooo much space for all of us! The beautiful apartment on the main level slept 4 comfortably. The two bedrooms upstairs close to mean living area having a full bath attached to each. Large dining table seating 12. Another 6 seats at the kitchen bar. A huge Livingroom area. A laundry room where the owner supplied the laundry detergent. The kitchen was fully stocked, as well as all 4.5 bathrooms stocked with toilet paper, towels, soaps. Shampoo/conditioner, blow dryers.. The owner spared no expense! The decks with amazing views, especially from the master suite. 3 fully stocked coffee bars Wifi enable outdoor speakers to steam music by the pool and hot-tub lots of towels pool Floats. Lots of outdoor seating and lounge chairs. Even a fire-pit! And lots of space to park. The gorgeous tree out front!! Information card through the house showing how to use features and wifi passwords. The back yard and side yard were absolutely beautiful and our wedding was nothing short of a dream come true!

Savannah Girls Weekend

FIVE STARS on all categories!! This house was exceptional and I will definitely be recommending to family/friends and staying again myself. Amazing Savannah house

Girls Retreat

Believe the pictures! Being the first to arrive, since I was in charge of the housing, I had to stop and take in the view. I also took a picture. The home was immaculate. The layout. The decor. The cleanliness. It all worked. Everything was high end. The owner was accessible and friendly. Everyone raved about the amenities and this property contributed to the overall success of our reunion. We meet yearly and because of this property we will be back to Savannah again soon! It was worth every penny. Thanks for a great experience.

Family vacation/Birthday Celebration

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Savannah home. Trey the manager was super accessible and accommodating for our family that ranged from age 12-76! We enjoyed the beautiful backyard, pool, hot tub, and spacious patio for long morning coffees and relaxing evenings together. Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island were short drives away and easy for us to quickly get to, yet nice and quiet evenings and mornings when we returned. I also LOVED the beds, super comfy. Would highly recommend!
