30th Anniversary Trip

We truly enjoyed staying here. It feels so homey and is located in walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and the river.

This is my 4th time staying here. I have now stayed in all three apartments and they were all amazing! Oglethorpe Lodge is in a great location. Walking distance to everything. I HIGHLY recommend staying here.

I always stay here when visiting Savannah. Close to downtown and River Street. On site parking is great if you’re coming and going. Always clean and walkable to pretty much everything Historic Downtown has to offer.

Great location, nice and lots of room, great having a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen & 2 bathrooms, and the free parking was a big plus. Will definitely stay here again. It's like having your own apartment in Savannah!

Great location to all attractions in downtown area. Trolley stop is right across the street and River street is 5mins walk. The Georgia Queen sunset cruise boat landing dock is also closeby, about 10 mins walking. Very convenient for first timers. Parking is easy and no extra cost.

Great location, well maintained, spacious bedrooms

Great location in the heart of Historic Savannah, just steps away from many restaurants, shops, tours, etc. East Bay Street is right outside your window and the river front/River Street is just a block away. The unit was very clean and well furnished, with easy access from the dedicated parking space and gated courtyard. The king and queen bedrooms were very large and comfortable. The living room was cozy with a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. Overall, we enjoyed our quick visit to Savannah and the Oglethorpe Lodge.

I was in town for a week long conference. Oglethorpe Lodge was in a very convenient location and had everything needed for a stay that felt like home. The only drawback was the unit being a third floor walk-up. Other than that, everything was great! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

Excellent stay. We wer on the second floor of the three flat building, a two bedroom two bath, and the accommodations were very comfortable. The apartment is well-kept and modern and lots of space. It is very convenient to many restaurants and tours as it is only two blocks from River Street. Will definitely stay here again.

A great value

This was a great place to place. Very clean and very close to River Street and a ton of great restaurants. The only downside eas the furniture was very soft, sone people like that i perfer something firmer. Otherwise I highly recommend staying here.
