Included with your rental is a Tybee Island Parking Permit, park anywhere on the island for FREE
You are only minutes to Historic Savannah & Tybee Island. A quick 10 minute drive to the city will have you on River Street for shopping, sight-seeing, delicious southern food and architectural sites. Perhaps a day at the beach! Enjoy the marsh views and drive over the bridge to Georgia's favorite little Island. Plenty of shops, restaurants and night life after a day at the beach. Enjoy a spacious backyard with fire pit and grill. Plenty of space to park two cars and a boat!

This home is newly listed and has all new furniture! All linens, towels and kitchen supplies provided. Home has 3 tv's, wifi, parking for two vehicles. Two large bedrooms, bathroom, large living room with two sofas that convert to twin beds and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Wilmington Island is the best location for Fun-n-Sun and City Life! This is a safe area and just a few miles off Highway 80.

We love Wilmington!

Charming neighborhood conveniently situated between Savannah and Tybee. The house itself is located near a rather busy intersection, so pulling in and out of the driveway was somewhat challenging depending on the time of day. The house is tidy and well-furnished, although it has some "quirks" that are typical of many older homes, including a noisy shower and pull-down attic stairs that could not be completely closed. There appeared to be a light on in the attic that we could not turn off without accessing that space. We noticed a lack of trashcans throughout the house -- there was one in the kitchen, but none in the bedrooms or bathroom. We did not utilize the firepit, as it had a good bit of vegitation growing in it due to lack of use. We also chose not to utilize the grill. Apart from these things, we were very happy with the aminities (full kitchen, washer/dryer, bidet). On the day of our arrival, we were anticipating in an email with check-in instructions to be sent via email at 4:00 PM. Upon realizing that we had not recieived those instructions by that time, we called the company and spoke to a representative who was able to send the email right away. We recieved our check-out instructions via text the morning of our departure.

Great Location

Half way between Tybee Island and historic Savannah, many restaurants within a mile of the property - we enjoyed Lili's and Mary McGees.

Great location

This property was the perfect location to explore Savannah. We found a couple of great spots to eat very close by. The parking was great because we had a vehicle and a boat. I'd recommend.

Nice Weekend Stay

We found the property easily and it was just as listed. Although we didn’t prepare any meals there, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed if we wanted to. We chose this location due to its close proximity to Savannah.

Great Quick Overnight Stay- will stay again!!!!

Beautifully remodeled duplex. Great super easy check in and check out. Perfect location between Savannah and Tybee. Everything was brand new- including the big beautiful flat screen TVs. The beds were comfy. Plenty of room. Loved the 2 couches in the Living Room so everyone could spread out. Good amount of assorted dishes and utensils in kitchen- stainless steel pans so make note that lots of oil and butter required if doing eggs or pancakes. Very clean and beautiful. Few cons that we noted and reported: -Signage at night is really hard to see. Probably easier in daytime, but we spent too much time in Savannah and it was dark when we arrived. -one of the dining room chairs was broken -coffee pot wouldn't work -no plug or drain cover for tub or overflow spout - TVs weren't completly set up- but beautiful and brand new All together great place to stay and we will definitely be back!!!!
