  • Our newly built (2015) apartment with a size of about 90m² can accommodate 2-6 people and is located throughout the 2nd Floor. The property is not only ideal for families with children, but also for a small group of friends as it has 3 separate double bedrooms with extra laundry facilities.

    Details on the equipment:
    - Wi-Fi freely available
    - 3 cozy bedrooms with double beds, balcony and respectively
      integrated washing function
    - fully equipped kitchen with crockery, coffee maker, microwave,
      Egg cooker, kettle fridge etc.
    - Living room equipped with a comfortable couch, flat screen TV, digital
      Sat and balcony
    - shower with WC
    - Guest WC
    - Bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided free of charge.

    The final cleaning € 40,00 and tourist tax (€ 3,00 per person and day over 15 years) is not included in the price, please pay on the spot.

    The small hamlet Haderlehn is located on a small, idyllic plateau about 2 km above Sautens. A perfect place to spend a few days in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature.

    summer vacation:
    Our apartment is surrounded by beautiful mountains of the Ötztal Alps and are the starting point for hikes and mountain tours. Outdoor activities such as rafting, mountain biking, paragliding, high ropes course and much more is offered in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in just a few minutes. From mid-June to October, the cable car Hochötz is open and offers a magnificent panorama at 2000m above sea level. And with the newly built WIDIVERSUM in 2016 with 17 play and adventure stations around the reservoir Hochötz a must for all families!

    Winter vacation:
    In winter, our apartment is an ideal starting point to the various well-known ski resorts such as. Hochötz, Sölden, Kühtai, Obergurgl, Hochzeiger and the glacier areas Rettenbachferner, Tiefenbachferner and Pitztal Glacier.

    The nearest family ski area Hochötz (about 10 minutes away) is connected by a direct ski bus shuttle directly from our accommodation, convenient and free.
    Also 2 toboggan runs are in direct proximity.

    Summer and winter, the Ötztal / Sautens offers a wide range of activities for young and old, whether you want to make your holiday a little more comfortable, or maybe you rather want to experience more excitement.

The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s an absolutely gorgeous location and we loved seeing the cows out the window and mountains in the distance. We loved being able to hike right from the apartment! We lacked heat upon arrival and were quite cold for one day, and then the hosts managed to turn it on for us. It would have been helpful for clearer check in instructions prior to arrival, and there were some hidden costs that did not show up on VRBO. The host was very kind to bundle up items we left behind so we could pick the up later. Thank you!

Lovely, Quiet Place in Tyrol

The hosts were extremely kind. We had a language barriar but worked evrything out. The rental is on a farm above the small town. Very scenic and relaxing. Towels and sheets were included in the price - a definite plus.

Lovely spot on the mountainside

Nice property in a beautiful location

Met by the owner when we arrived, we had a slight language problem but that was easily remedied. The flat is on the top floor of the house and is really nice and has everything you could want, would we stop again, definitely, the place is perfect really.

We stayed here for two nights on our way to Italy, and it was such a great find! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. It’s on the top floor of a small guesthouse on a farm, with beautiful views all around. We slept really well! We also went on a nice hike right from the property — through the forest and along the mountainside to Lake Piburg. It was a bit challenging, but perfect for families. The host was very welcoming. The only thing we’d suggest is adding a simple curtain to the clear-glass door for a bit more privacy.

Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie (Kinder im Alter von 5,7,9) und hatten einen herrlichen Aufenthalt bei Familie Fürruter. Familie Fürruter ist eine perfekte Gastgeberfamilie und hat uns rundum willkommen fühlen lassen. Der Bauernhof liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Unsere Kinder konnten im Garten wunderbar spielen, und nachts ist es ruhig. Der Skibus fährt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber sowie modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - oberhalb des Ortes, doch Skibus Verbindung 2x morgens und 2x nachmittags direkt vorm Hof. Geräumige und sehr saubere Wohnung. Praktischer Mini Ofen in der Küche. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Gerne wieder!

Verbleven in het na seizoen. Heerlijk rustige locatie. Wat hoger op de berg. Vanaf locatie zijn er verschillende wandelwegen. Eigenaren zijn bijzonder vriendelijk. Appartement is groot met 2 balkons dus met zon altijd een mogelijkheid om daarvan te genieten.

Wir verbrachten ein tolles Wochenende auf diesem wunderschönen Bauernhof. Der Ausblick war grandios und die leckere Kuhmilch schmeckte herrlich.
