"The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"not ritzy, pretty simple but perfect for our needs. Apartment 14, 2 room apartment. Kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, china, glasses and cutlery and most things you would need. Electric hot water kettle, toaster, micro, fridge, oven and stovetop all worked. There is a coffee maker but we did not use it. The bed we found to be super comfortable with nice bedding. Sehr sauber und die Vermieter waren super nett. Die Nähe zur Skipiste ist super nah und Lermos ist wirklich zu empfehlen, keine langen Wartezeiten am Lift. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. "Well equipped, spacious, and convenient new hotel in Seefeld. Enjoyed our stay as the supermarkets were a few mins walk away. The wellness centre is lovely although the pool is quite small. Would have given it 5 stars if housekeeping was included but it was an additional €40 during your stay. Service otherwise was excellent with a friendly team at the front desk. "
