"I stayed at this hotel for six nights and genuinely enjoyed most of my stay—until the final day.
There were many positives. The hotel was comfortable, and several staff members were excellent—especially housekeeping, who were consistently friendly and professional.
Unfortunately, the checkout experience completely ruined everything. I had requested just a two-hour late checkout and informed management via email two days in advance. This was never acknowledged, and it seems it wasn’t communicated internally. I also mentioned it to the night staff and again on the morning of departure.
Despite this, I was called every 5–10 minutes asking about checkout. Each time I explained, but the calls continued. Staff were even sent to my room multiple times after I had already clarified the situation. This went on for over an hour and became extremely frustrating.
This points to either a flawed system or poor internal communication. In my opinion, the reception team needs proper hospitality training.
It’s disappointing that such a small request was handled so poorly. What should have been a 5-star stay turned into a 1-star experience.
Management should review the team working on March 21 (daytime reception/checkout)."
