Apartment ‘Charly’ with Mountain View, Private Garden, and Wi-Fi

My father Karl’s former carpentry workshop has been lovingly transformed into a cozy holiday apartment. Located on the ground floor, it offers about 80 m² of space for a relaxing stay.



From July 1, 2027, we will rent the apartment as follows: For 2–4 guests, the Charly apartment (without the additional “Manni” section) includes one bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed, and a bathroom. For 5 or more guests, or upon request, the “Manni” section is also opened, providing extra sleeping options, more living space, and added comfort. Altogether, the accommodation can host up to 7 guests.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi and a TV. A baby cot is also available. This property does not have air conditioning.

Public transport is within walking distance, making it especially convenient to reach the Reinswald ski area base station in 5 minutes by ski bus. There is a parking space on the property and 2 spaces available in the garage. The accommodation offers a storage room for bicycles or motorcycles as well as a ski depot. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. This property provides guidelines to help guests with proper waste separation. Further information is available on site.
