The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and full bathroom, while upstairs you’ll find a comfortable loft-style bedroom in an open and inviting space.


We have an entire team dedicated to the comfort of our guests, available from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, we are available for emergency situations. Please note that repairs may not be available on Sundays, as this is a designated rest day for maintenance personnel.

Guests will have access to the complex’s shared common areas, including the swimming pool, fire pit area, shared BBQ area, outdoor seating areas, and a deck for yoga or other activities.

Spread across two levels, the loft combines comfort and functionality. On the main level, you’ll find a small sitting area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a full bathroom.

On the upper level, you’ll find the loft-style bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed, TV, half bathroom, and a dedicated workspace. From this level, you’ll also have access to a private balcony, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the tropical surroundings, or taking in the beautiful colors of the sunset.

Guests will also have access to the shared areas within the gated complex. Enjoy the swimming pool, covered rancho, and shared BBQ area, gather around the fire pit, or relax in the pergolas and outdoor seating areas. The complex also features outdoor showers, restroom facilities, and on-site parking within the complex.

For those who enjoy wellness and outdoor activities, the complex features a spacious shared yoga deck, ideal for morning yoga, exercising, stretching, or simply enjoying a peaceful moment surrounded by nature.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
