Playa Hermosa is a small community just 25-minutes from Guancaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. It has a spectacular beachfront featuring many delicious restaurants. Playa Hermosa is a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. You can head just a few minutes south to the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars and shops.

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
