The sun, sand, and surf are minutes away from this gated community Playas del Coco condo! Soak up the rays daily from the invigorating water of the large, shared pool. Afternoon swims pair nicely with alfresco meals and tropical drinks shared with loved ones at the poolside seating. When you want to explore more of Playas del Coco and the surrounding area, check out Diamante Adventure Park, board a fishing charter, or head mere minutes away to the sandy shorelines of Playa Hermosa, Playa Panama, Playa Ocotal, and Playas del Coco. Fabulous golfing opportunities await at Four Seasons Resort (roughly an hour's drive) and fun day trip destinations include Rincon de la Vieja and Rio Celeste.

Back at your stay, continue to enjoy the sway of the palms and the fresh breeze from the covered, private balcony. Inside, all of life's little comforts are made available to you. The open living room boasts a large smart TV and ample seating, whereas the adjacent kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and other gadgets like a coffee maker and toaster. A stackable washer/dryer is available off the kitchen.

A calm space for you to relax, the primary bedroom has quick balcony access and a large en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. With central air-conditioning and soft linens in each of the bedrooms, everyone's satisfaction is guaranteed.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
