• Check-In 3pm – Check-Out 11am
• Please keep the main gate always closed, you must close the gate with the remote control, it doesn’t close automatically.
• Extra guests are not allowed for your own privacy.
• Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
• Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
• Any lost item will be notified, and you have 90 days to pick it up.
• Don’t put toilet paper inside the toilet, in Costa Rica there is not sewer system.
• Extra cost for any damage or loss of objects (keys US$5, towels US$20, glasses and cups US$5, among others)
• Cleaning service included every 4 days
