Access is steps away thru a shared community gate; the code to the gate is provided upon arrival. We offer complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas (available outside the office on a first-come, first-served basis). For those looking to experience more - the Siesta Key public beach is a short 2 mile drive from the resort and includes a snack bar, tennis courts, a playground, picnic and grilling areas, a weekly drum circle and more.

Close to the beach with everything you need!

This was a great place to stay for a weekend away at the beach, the people on and hot tub were great and it was nice to have a supply of beach chairs to borrow!

Right on the beach!

Great spot that is literally steps away from the beach! So nice to be able to bounce between the beach and our room. Room was very nice and staff was all super helpful during our stay.

This property is minutes away from the perfect beach! The sand is amazingly white and feels like powder! Perfect for a couples get away or for the whole family.

We enjoyed our beach visit in this small but we'll equipped rental so close to the beach! Access to the beach was a little walk and it would be nice if umbrellas and chairs were provided on the beach side like the nearby resorts. Can't beat the location, close to restaurants and shops!

Great place to stay for one or two people. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Pool outside can get noisy when inside if people are using it but didn’t bother us since we weren’t really there during the day. We would come back again!

Weekend getaway

Unit was perfect for our 1 night stay, just passing through and wanted to enjoy the beach. Manager was very friendly and accommodating, unit was clean and well kept. And choices of pools was an added bonus. South of siesta beach and wasn't crowded at all in the 2nd week of September. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay

Everything was great! The property was perfect for us two. The beach was beautiful with a reserved space and free chairs and umbrellas. They were also flexible with us on a late check-out. Amazing experience overall!

Perfect location

Awesome time! The beach was not even a half bock away along with some restaurants and bars. There’s also I trolly that bring you up to the north village with more restaurants bars and shopping that runs every 20 minutes until about midnight! Perfect location with nice beach! And a dip in the hot tub to cap every night was awesome! The place was very clean with easy check in and out! Would definitely stay again!

Beach getaway

Close to beach. You can rent lounge chairs and umbrella if you don’t want to lug yours. Nice having washer-dryer in unit. Only things we wished for: room darkening curtains/shades and basic cable TV with major networks and ESPN.

Clean Place

Our stay here was very nice. About 4.5 mile trolly ride from the Village. This is the happening hotspot of the Siesta Key. The beach usage was odd. The large hotels only allow their guests to use the beach in front of them. We got to use whatever wasn’t theirs. Over clean, nice property.

Beautiful, well maintained property!

This condo is on a beautiful and well maintained property! We loved the landscaping around the pool making it feel like your in paradise!! The condo itself was updated and clean! We were a little annoyed that you have to buy your own toilet paper, paper towels and there were zero condiments or spices to use but I think that’s because of covid. It was wonderful to be so close to the beach access, two pools and restaurants! We hope to stay here again!
