Relaxing 4th of July Trip

My husband, sister, brother-in-law, and myself all stayed at this rental for the week of 4th of July. The house was so very clean and backyard pool area was a great hit with us. Since the beaches were so crowded we just enjoyed staying at the house and enjoyed the pool. The bed sheets were amazing and I have since purchased the same ones for my bed. The only thing we had a bit of an issue with was the bed in the master bedroom was a bit to soft to our liking. The beach was within walking distance and my dog enjoyed his daily neighborhood walks. I would definitely recommend this beach rental.

Beach Relaxation

We spent a week in this property, very spur of the moment. They made the process really easy for us and we are grateful. We booked on a Friday afternoon and checked in on a Monday afternoon. Check-in was great and the communication with management team was excellent. The House is exactly as represented on the website. It’s a great location close to all the beaches. The pool was wonderful and the house was incredibly clean. Great air conditioning and comfortable beds. If we could change one thing, we would probably have liked to have a few basics available in the house. it’s pretty much other than linens strip down like a hotel. But overall, we loved the property and our stay. We would recommend and return.

1st time to AMI. Won't be the last.

The house and pool were great. Great location too. We did have a few maintenance issues unfortunately. AC unit froze up after turning it on. Had maintenance and then an AC company there the day after check in. Thursday night a breaker popped during the evening and we lost power to half the house. The key to the room with the breaker box could not be found till the next day. Breaker popped a few more times. The rental company was very quick with our calls and coming out. They called in an electrician to come and fix the issue Saturday after we checked out. Even with the issues we would still rent again.

Great Place on the Island

We had a great time at this property. We travelled with our 1.5 year old daughter. The pool was perfect for her as there was an area she could walk around. We rented a golf cart and could access everything on the island.

Lovely place.

Very nice home and location although, neighborhood very noisy every day with garbage pickup, mowing, tree cutting., leaf blowing. Also Pool supposed to be heated but was not.

Absolutely perfect.

We loved our stay here in Anna Maria. The house was the perfect size and decorated so nicely. The 3 beds in the side room were perfect for our kids. The location of this house is perfect for beach side and bay side adventures. We are already dreaming of our return.

Amazing pool and backyard, cute “beachy” house

Loved our stay at this property. Perfect for our family of 4, with plenty of extra room. The pool and back yard felt like a tropical oasis. The house had everything we needed for our stay. It was perfect!

Felt like a neighborhood!

This home was exactly as described! Clean and cozy, well appointed and the pool is the best one we e had in all our stays on AMI- stayed during Hurricane Elsa and felt SAFE due to the construction of the home. Our Stay

When we arrived we were very happy the home looked like it does in the on-line presentation. Great floorplan, very clean, short walk to the beach. Well maintained pool. Outdoor grill was awesome! Nicely outfitted kitchen. Nice towels, beach towels, linens and pillows - this may not sound like much but the last time we stayed in a privately owned property we needed to buy all these items - there's were worn out. We visit the island often and would absolutly stay here again!

Perfect AMI Stay

Home away from home

The perfection location! The home is very welcoming and close to everything! We enjoyed having the pool on off beach days and night swims. great for the kids too! We will be returning back to this location in the future!

Nice house

Nice house. Clean pool, kitchen and bathroom. I cleaned the floors for may 9 months old baby because for me they wasn’t clean enough... Great location 10 min walk to the beach. 15 min walk to restaurant and around 30 min walk to Publix. I would recommend for other families with kids.

Very Nice

Really nice home. Only reason didn't give it 5 stars is one of the bathrooms is a little small. Other than that very nice. More than enough room for the five of us. Pool clean perfect size. Scallops wrapped in bacon were awesome on the grill. Everything updated really nice. Loved the concrete floors and wood floors. Was our 4th year in a row in Anna Maria. Thanks, loved it.
