One of the best in-hotel sauna and public bath I have ever been. The Family mart located at the lobby with indoor entrance is great for midnight snack. About 10min walk to Sapporo station is quite troublesome in winter, especially when there are snowfalls. Only three washing machine available for the whole building is a pain in the ass. In general, the hotel is decent and worth its price

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the desk didn't feel warm and inviting. I also found the trash and the undergarments of the previous guests under my bed—gross! The bath was quite nice at 25th floor with nice view. 3 different temperature bath with sauna and steam room. To enhance the steam room some aroma such as eucalyptus may be nice. (Just a suggestion) Room was comfortable and clean. Everything was still new. But the location was a bit away from the shopping. If not snowing, it would be close from the station. But if it snows it is difficult to walk there with suitcases.

They are so many rooms/guests but there are only 3 washing machines. Lack of rules for use have people putting their laundry on top of the machine to hold the machine even though they are not in the laundry room creating potential conflict between guests. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, only few minutes to Sapporo station.
