This is a nice, modern hotel only a short walk from Otsuka Station. I especially enjoyed the wide variety of foods at breakfast, and the onsen on the top floor.

Relatively closeby to the JR station, Family Mart and 7-11 closeby. Only have staff there from 3-11 pm. Room was spacious - no TV, only pay per view. Not alot of outlets to charge your devices. Room was never cleaned the whole time I was there (5 days), maybe because this is a no frills business hotel.

Room Carpet was very dirty with cigarette hole and hair dryer etc... everything in the room had poor sanertary status I think. Smells in the bathroom was so stinky. Most of all window was so dirty and spiderweb was in there

禁煙のお部屋をリクエストしてましたが、喫煙しか空いておらず、初日は消臭剤でなんとか乗り切りました。 翌日、スタッフの方がお部屋の消臭作業をしてくれたので、臭いが気になることもなく、快適に過ごすことができました。 施設、設備の古さはありますが、ポットやレンジも備え付けてあり、便利です。

ドッグフレンドリープランで予約したが、喫煙部屋のツインルームで、ゲージもなかった。タバコの匂いはもちろん、壁や絨毯はシミだらけ、TVやデスクにはホコリが積もっていた。人間よりも敏感な犬には決して適さない部屋だった。 ベッドのスプリングが体にあたり寝心地も最悪。 スタッフも、部屋も清潔感が全くないホテル。 もう利用することはない。
