Very kind staff, very spacious and comfy room. There's a lounge to grab drinks and snacks at, they were all very good. Ramen from 2100-2300 , was very very good. We had a room with a sauna and it was lovely to relax after a long cold day.

Guest room is clean depending on who is the cleaner. There were some days where everything was beautifully clean and set. Some days items were missing such as laundry detergents and towels. The service at breakfast varies. There was a female worker that kept following and standing behind guests while they were selecting food, creating a very unenjoyable atmosphere. I understand she had to keep it clean but it does not feel welcoming to the guests.

チェックイン時の職員の対応が横柄で最悪だった。その職員以外は皆さん親切で感じがよかった。大浴場の清掃が間に合っていなくて排水溝が詰まっていて、足元に汚水がたまっていた。ごみ箱もあふれかえっていて清潔とは言えない。ホテル自体は新しくきれいなので、清掃の頻度を上げるとかしてほしい。

サウナ目当てで前乗りしてみた

千歳空港からバスで来るとバス停から徒歩10分程、荷物が多かったのでタクシーを使い700円で到着 部屋はコンパクトにまとまっていて快適 水風呂18℃、湯41.8℃、整いイスは最高 口コミ通りエレベーターは小さめが2基、乗れないのに途中の階で毎回止まる事が多かった 風呂場の排水もできるなら改善希望
