Falha na capacitação dos funcionários

Hotel bem localizado. A noite a barraca de praia tem som alto. Melhor ficar nos quartos longe da vista da praia. Quartos recém reformados. Cama com colchão desconfortável. As meninas da limpeza super mal educadas. Batem na porta dizendo que se não limparem aquele horário não voltam.

Café da manhã muito bom, com variedade de pães, bolos e frutas. O quarto era confortável; porém, o banheiro estava com os metais corroídos pela maresia; revestimento bem feio no banheiro e uma impressão de sujeira, com rejuntes escuros e embolorados. Horrível, eu aluguei um quarto por um preço absurdo, e passei 3 dias com um barulho infernal de um condensador de ar, e além disso o quarto não tem visão nenhuma, uma janela de frente pra um muro, e outra coisa parece quarto de motel.

Hotel em obra e recebendo clientes.

O hotel estava em obra e segundo informações de funcionários, iria prosseguir por muito tempo nessa condição; quando foi feita a reserva e até o check in, não me foi dada nenhuma informação a esse respeito, quer pelo hotel, quer pelo Hoteis.com; teve dia que tive que sair do quarto devido ao barulho infernal. O hotel, realmente precisa de obras. O correto, ao meu ver, deveriam fechar o hotel, fazer um mutirão e então receber os hospedes, não submete-los ao constrangimento e desconforto.

Uma coisa importante que deveria ser informada a todos, o Hotel esta em REFORMA. Estava em uma viagem a trabalho e foi IMPOSSÍVEL trabalhar com o tanto de barulho! Tive uma experiência muito ruim e não recomendo. Quanto a qualidade do hotel, destaco que as toalhas dr banho sao muito antigas e estavam com mau cheiro…

A limpeza dos banheiros muito precária. Pia entupida e muito limo no chão e nas paredes do box. Toalhas sujas, mesmo as q vinham limpas, amareladas, desgastadas e manchadas. Serviço na piscina precário. Pedir hambúrguer? Acabou a carne. Pedir um ovo frito no lugar da carne? Nao tem no cardápio. O garçom nao servia nas áreas da piscina, apenas na cantina. Ainda fizeram cobrança de consumo no sheck out, mesmo a gente assinando o que consumia. Só valeu pela localização. Depois fomos para o IBIS. Mais barato e muito melhor em tudo, quartos, consumo, etc

A localização do hotel é maravilhosa, na orla, avenida litorânea, com varios barzinhos e restaurantes. Longe de padaria, supermercado e farmácia. O cade da manhã é bom e os funcionários prestativos, atenciosos e gentis.
