朝食が美味しい、バスケットに入ってて可愛い。部屋が可愛い。受付のデスクはなく、欧州で普及してるチャットアプリを使ってスタッフとやりとりする。アジア圏の人はこのチャットアプリを持っていないのでスタッフとのやりとりに困るかもしれない。 ただ毎朝スタッフが巡回してくれるのであまり問題なかった。

I would personally not reccomend, staff is rude, and the actual Ammoudi Bay location is the worst. Seriously don't go here, you need to walk up steep steps to do anything, its the most annoying thing ever. The property is not even nice. Only decent thing is the view. Management is also not nce. Would not reccomend.

They delivered breakfast every morning, but failed to ask our preferences, we had orange juice every morning, for example which we didn’t want because we don’t drink orange juice. The staff was helpful, but we didn’t know about the steep steps situation to get into the hotel. It’s not ideal for the elderly and young children.

The property is very nice. Breakfast and pool were great. Awesome location! Lots of Ants, and when contacting owner I never heard back. Upon arrival there was still trash from last stay. We also got talked into paying an additional “city tax” but was only accepted as cash from host, with no receipt….

Whether sitting on our porches or on the sunset cruises, this is one of the best places to enjoy sunsets! We had some difficulty bringing our luggage to this hotel but the staff helped immediately. Do contact them beforehand if you have heavy luggage.

Absolutely amazing stay, fantastic room, great view, and the hosts were amazing, from helping with restaurant reservations, to local advice. Does what it says on the tin: a secret gem!

We stayed here in May 2025. The staff was amazing, very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was great. And of course the views were stunning! This place is unlike any place we have stayed before! Lots of stairs to get to our stay but other than that there is not one negative things I can say about the place.

We loved our stay at the Secret Gem Suites. The location is great if you're okay staying in Amoudi Bay for Dinner, or willing to walk up the steps to Oia. The room was updated and the view is unbeatable. Hightly recommend!

We loved staying in amoudi bay, the restaurants around, the sunset view and going to the rocky swim spot was all awesome. Going up and down the stairs for Oia though is a pretty hassle even if you are young though.

The staff at Secret Gem Suites are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful. They consistently reached out to see if we required anything, from ride transfers to breakfast preferences and more. We felt very spoiled and would definitely recommend anyone visiting Santorini to stay with them.

Very pretty little suite. Clean. Great breakfast in the morning. Sabi was very attentive. Keep in mind that in order to go to Oia, there are 250 steps to climb, every time. If you’re ok with that. This is a beautiful location.

That hotel is an amazing view among lava mountain and ocean cove. Staffs are friendly. Breakfasts are anthetic Greek foods which are superior! Thank for kind!

It’s close to OIA village and castle. One needs to have strong legs to walk but very clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Couple good restaurants close but anyways nothing is too far for a car in Santorini

The host were supper accommodating and always available. The breakfast they provided were amazing. There isn’t a better place to watch the sun set. The sun beams literally hit the porch.

The place was very nice. We dealt with Nick from the staff while we were there. Nick was an amazing wealth of information as well as assisting us. The sunsets were amazing from our room. Was great location just had to climb the stairs to get up to Oia. The privacy was great. Highly recommend this place.
