The property was clean and inviting. The location was outside of town but Victoria in reception was FANTASTIC to facilitate rides to and from town. The driver was prompt and reliable for rides in to town free of charge and longer transfers for a fee. Overall this stay was a great experience.

Overall the experience at this property was excellent. The property staff did an excellent job to help arrange for transfers, excursions & anything we needed. Was a little disappointed in the size of the rooms & the bed comfort. The pictures on the hotels.com website were a little misleading. The beach was also disappointing as it was difficult to get to & not easy to swim in.

Not sure how this qualifies as a 4 star. Reception works during a certain schedule only, and after 8PM we cannot communicate with anyone, e.g. the AC remote control was not working, hence we had to sleep without being able to adjust the temperature!

Myself and my girlfriend stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Violet, Giannis and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome and looked after our every need, from great food for dinner to transport to other towns to booking tours and trips. Every morning we enjoyed a great breakfast and the pool is very clean and refreshing. We can't wait to go back.

Loved it

Penny the host was super helpful, sweet and generous. She let us check in 2 hours early which is just what we needed. There is a parking area and a beach across the street where you can get the perfect sunset view. Penny was always welcoming to us when we left and entered the property, and was sure to not disturb us or our room for cleaning until we left and said goodbye. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of changing sheets, towels, doing dishes and tidying up. The room itself however felt a bit damp and the stairs up to the bed are very steep but we managed. We were under the impression that there was a personal pool but there was not, however, not a big deal for us. Oia is a short 4 minute drive from here and it’s wonderful being out of the city and having a separate room away from noise and traffic. We drove an atv while staying here and it was perfect for us. :)

Little oasis of calm away from the crowds

Penny and The team work so hard to make you feel welcome and ensure you have all you need. Anna cleans the rooms and changes the towels and bedding everyday working hard without intruding. The breakfasts are lovely and the Greek salad is so fresh one of the best we had They advise on trips and best places to visit at different times The only advice is ensure you hire a car or jeep to really get around again Penny will arrange this for you .... we will be going to stay again without a doubt

A Hidden Gem!

We were welcomed with something to drink as we checked in. The manager Penny was a delight and made sure we had everything we needed. A personal note on the table in our room with wine and crackers. Breakfest were amazing, and the hospitality was the best in Greece. We highly recommend and a must stay.

Clean, cozy, near the beach

Yhe hotel was spotless, with all the amenities you expect. You will need a car to get to Oia, but there is a lovely beach less than 500 meters from the front door which offers a much less crowded and more intimate view of the famous Santorini sunsets. Penny and the staff were wonderful and breakfast was great.

A little bit of Serenity

Great location away from the main crowds...Baxedes beach is just about a quarter mile down the road as well as a couple of good restaurants nearby. The property owners were very nice and the units were fit to a modern and high standard (and the aircon was very nice to have during the heat of the day).
