Dirty covers on the beds , dirty walls , hot tub was old and outdated and dirty . Me and husband stayed there we had one towel to shared ask for another was hesitant to give to us . Had to ask for toilet paper or else they wouldn’t restock the room . AC was Struggling to work. Owners didn’t care to solve any issue regarding room. No help at all . Only good thing was it’s location . Perfect location close to restaurants and shops .

Disappointing accommodation

This stay was not worth the money. We decided to take a chance despite the negative reviews and we quickly saw these reviews were justified. It was impossible to find the hotel and the check in process was a nightmare. We had to find some random restaurant where we left our luggage until someone could take us to a different spot where the room was. It’s advertised as caldera view but we couldn’t actually see the caldera from our room or immediate area. The hot tub that we paid for was not even a hot tub at all. Disappointing place especially for $400 a night

Dommage car il y a une superbe vue

Tout d’abord l’accueil est peu aimable. Encore plus quelques heures plus tard quand j’ai demandé le wifi et le mot de passe. Il s’est énervé car je ne comprenais pas en raison de son accent. Cette personne ´a rien à faire au contact des clients. De plus la propreté laisse à désirer notamment dans la douche et le jacuzzi.
