Magnifique, très bon déjeuner, personnel sympathique et nous aide avec les valises. Nettoyage au top et chambre magnifique avec une vue incroyable et le plus beau coucher de soleil ! Si je dois dire juste 1 chose négative il manque une bouteille pu carafe d'eau sinon top !

The view from the room is amazing!! I would note that the patio is shared with your neighbors and the rooms are a little smaller than what’s shown in the picture. But the staff is super nice and helpful. They gave us recommendations on things to do and even helped with our luggage (there’s a lot of stairs).

The room was clean but the smell is terrible ! The furniture is old but the bed mattress was fine . We liked the small refrigerator and a/c in the room. The bathroom is small and it needs more hooks . We only got set of one pool towel and one bath towel . Pool was freezing cold and safe was detached ! I would not book this hotel again!

Seul point positif : l’emplacement à Imerovigli, sur la falaise, avec une magnifique vue. Pour le reste, expérience catastrophique. Le personnel, un couple qui semble avant tout se consacrer à son restaurant, néglige complètement les clients de l’hôtel. Personnel très peu aimable, demandes négligées ou refusées, parfois avec moquerie. Serviettes supplémentaires refusées alors que j’avais dû utiliser les miennes pour éponger l’eau de la piscine qui fuyait dans la chambre. Simple bouilloire, pas de machine à café, et même du café pour la chambre refusé. Propreté très insuffisante. Piscine non chauffée et quasiment inutilisable, transat cassé. Aucune intimité : terrasse visible depuis le restaurant au-dessus et la terrasse voisine, avec des gens circulant constamment dans les allées comme dans un lieu public malgré les panneaux « privé ». Aucune clé de terrasse remise, donc problème de sécurité. Aucune aide pour les valises, alors que l’hôtel est sur la falaise avec énormément d’escaliers et que nous étions en pleine chaleur. Une aide nous avait été promise et notre heure d’arrivée communiquée plusieurs jours à l’avance, mais on nous a finalement répondu que nous étions arrivés trop tard. Petit-déjeuner très mauvais : buffet minuscule dans une pièce sombre et extrêmement sale, donnant l’impression d’être dans une cave. On se croirait davantage dans un Airbnb très mal géré que dans un hôtel.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti. Appena arrivati in struttura in serata tardi, siamo stati accompagnati in camera con i bagagli e ci siamo accorti che la camera (nonostante la vista spettacolare davanti a skaros rock) era molto piccola e il bagno strettissimo. La doccia si allagava così come il bagno e abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception (salendo 3 piani di scale, in quanto non disponibile il telefono) per asciugare l’acqua arrivata ormai in stanza. Hanno mandato il cuoco a pulire! Assistenza pessima e scarsa attenzione sia nella pulizia (infatti abbiamo dovuto comprare uno spray igenizzante) sia nella cura del cliente e nella colazione. Rispetto alla colazione con vista panoramica, la qualità era scarsissima tant’è che 3 volte l’abbiamo fatta fuori dall’hotel nonostante avevamo pagato questo servizio. Inoltre una sera abbiamo trovato uno strofinaccio in camera e riportato in reception. Anche la piscina era molto scomoda e sporca e rispetto agli altri hotel della zona era poco curata, vetrate sporche e servizi e igiene zero. Non mi vengono altre parole per descrivere l’esperienza in quest’hotel. Eppure gli altri hotel circostanti sempre in zona avevano una cura e un livello di gran lunga superiore. Basterebbe applicarsi di più nella cura del cliente e dei dettagli prendendo ad esempio le strutture circostanti.

This property was in the perfect spot with amazing views of Skaros rock. Many restaurants nearby and only about a 15 minute walk to Fira. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only slight negative is that parts of the room are very low so if you’re taller then 6 feet you may find yourself hitting your head off a doorway but that’s not the fault of the owners. Amazing stay would recommend!

Het personeel was bij aankomst erg behulpzaam met het dragen van de koffers van de stijle trappen naar de kamer. We hadden kamer 102 en dat is opzich de beste kamer die je kunt hebben in dit hotel, zeker met een gezin. Top terras en uitstekende ligging voor een prachtige zonsondergang. Wat dat betreft echt een diamant aan de klif. Echter, deze diamant is wel een beetje haar glans verloren. Bij aankomst was het zonnebed kapot, de vaste bank op het terras daar zakte je zo doorheen. Het "ei" waar je in kon zitten was compleet aan het vergaan. De verlichting van het zwembad deed het uiterlijk wel maar alleen tussen 13u-18u, maar niemand kon zeggen hoe dat kon veranderen. De jacuzzi kon niet bubbelen omdat deze dan zou overstromen. Het glas van het balkon was niet goed schoon en waren er als je er op ging letten nog wel meer dingetejs. Al met al best een waslijst aan mankementen en slordigheden. De eerste twee waren gelukkig snel opgelost, maar al met al heeft deze diamant haar glas wel wat verloren. De schoonmaak was wel oke, maar niet geweldig. Het ontbijt was vrij basic en opgesteld is een povere ruimte. Al met al waren mijn verwachtingen wat hoger gespannen. En dat is echt jammer want het heeft heel veel potentieel! Het verdient alleen wat meer aandacht voor onderhoud. Het zal wel Grieks zijn... Uiteindelijk hebben we wel genoten en vond ik de prijs die we uiteindelijk hebben betaald voor 4 nachten voor deze locatie een koopje en dan neem je de rest maar ook de koop toe.

Ein Rohdiamant mit traumhafter Aussicht Wir waren als Paar vom 3.–9. August in der Pearl Suite. Lage und Blick auf die Caldera sind traumhaft, die Suite großzügig und der private Pool wunderschön. Rezeption und Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht, Transfer und Ausflugsbuchung klappten problemlos. Besonders toll: Am Abreisetag durften wir die Suite wegen unseres späten Fluges kostenlos bis 15 Uhr nutzen und bekamen Hilfe mit den Koffern. Für diese Preiskategorie gibt es jedoch noch einiges zu verbessern: Poolscheibe und Sonnenschirm waren schmutzig, letzterer zudem rostig, ein Terrassenstuhl beschädigt. Im Bad waren Armaturen und Abfluss nicht ausreichend sauber, die Tür ließ sich nicht schließen. Im Boden gab es Beulen, aus einer trat beim Betreten weiße Flüssigkeit aus. Der Fernseher funktionierte trotz Nachfrage nicht und die Bettwäsche fühlte sich teilweise klamm an. Das erste Frühstück war bezüglich Sauberkeit und Service enttäuschend. Nach unserer Rückmeldung verbesserte sich dies ab Tag 2 deutlich – großes Lob dafür! Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig; Gespräche der Nachbarn waren deutlich zu verstehen. Auch der Pool des Nachbarhotels liegt direkt neben dem Privatpool, absolute Ruhe sollte man daher nicht erwarten. Fazit: Ein echter Rohdiamant mit enormem Potenzial. Wenn Sauberkeit, Instandhaltung und Details verbessert werden, kann daraus ein kleines Juwel werden.

Day 1 check in there were over 20 mosquitoes on the wall, shower water always flooded the bathroom and after smell is bad, I specifically got a room jacuzzi that was the main part and guess what jacuzzi didn’t work, we asked the staff many times to look in to this and they did but response was its not working , we asked to change room and they said we have a sold out property, as i then called Expedia to place a complaint they then called the hotel and spoke with hotel owner. The owner lied and said the hotel the jacuzzi is work only because he didn’t want to give us any money back as expedia requested, our room did come with an iron or any coffee, although ill highlight the staff was amazing including the property manager she was a very nice lady, the staff was by accommodating. Its a old hotel needs upkeeping

Although the hostess was super friendly , I have to be honest , never experienced hotel like this before. Definitely overrated by expedite . First off you cannot see the hotel from the street . You have to go through the alley between the restaurants. Hike down the trail, then climb down 2 floors to get to the hotel lobby. Then depends on where you room is have to climb down 2 -3 more floors. Room was very small 8ft x 11 ft. (88 sq ft or 8 sq meters). Alot of excercise and definitely not for the handycap.

best views of sunset i would recommend any couple taking a trip to go stay here. make sure to pack light because everything is stairs no elevator or ada availability. worth it for the view
