Um hotel parado no tempo, no mal sentido. Eram tantos papéis para assinar no check-in, já que o sistema não é informatizado que demoramos às 23:30, 15 minutos!!!!! Era um tal de assinar papel, pedido de 250,00 como caução para um quarto que não tinha nem ar condicionado, apenas um ventilador com zero tomadas no quarto para carregar o celular. Para terminar, havia outro funcionário com papel quadriculado marcando X no movimento dos hóspedes!!!!!! Um horror completo!

Excelente Hotel en el centro de Santiago..

Mi viaje se origino debido a tener que presentarme con mi esposa en una clínica capitalína. Es segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel, el resultado final es recomendarlo ya que la ubicación es optima, en el centro mismo de Santiago con el metro amenos de 50 mts, la cordialidad del personal es inmejorable, Continúen en esta senda y nunca les faltaran pasajeros.

Les points positifs de cet hôtel sont : - la gentillesse et disponibilité de (certains) agents. - Sa localisation très proche du métro - Son petit-déjeuner Ses points négatifs (et parfois rédibitoires) sont : - Pas de climatisation - Fenêtres d'un autre âge (aucune isolation sonore) - Ascenceur dont la fonctionnalité est aléatoire - Oreiller et draps-couvertures garnis avec des plumes (pas du meilleur choix pour des personnes allergiques) - Wi-fi inopérationnel (il faut aller au 2ème étage pour que ce soit correct) - Très peu de rangements dans la chambre - Salle de douche spartiate

Peguei um susto na entrada

Chegamos de madrugada e já nos assustamos quando não vimos placa ou fachada de entrada! O hotel fica no interior de uma galeria que fica trancada com grades sem ninguém ! Foi assustador! Depois a recepção veio abrir e ajudou com as malas ! Já na recepção o atendente nada simpático , mas sem ser mal educado nos entregou apenas um cartão de acesso e o controle da Tv( rsrs)! Quarto pequeno sem ar condicionado , box do banheiro apenasuma quina Q mal podíamos nos movimentar! De sorte e terá quarto com ventilador e frigobar ( meus amigos não tiveram)! Fomos para a maratona que largava as 8 hs e quando perguntei o horário do café informaram que apenas as 7:30 sem chance de mudança , uma vez que todos os anos era a mesma coisa! Fiz uma revolução chamei outros atletas pra reivindicar , disse s ia postar nos sites etc.... Resultado é que anteciparam sem avisar para as 7 hs , eu já tinha comprado meu café de véspera! Café da manhã da pior qualidade ! Pedi água e simplesmente tirou da torneira e me entregou ! Única vantagem é a localização em frente à estação de metrô e no local da largada da Maratona! Minha sogra ficou no quarto superior e este era bem confortável!fora isso não recomendo mesmo

Disappointing Sty

Absence of Hotel Front Dest person to speak English effectively to understand ...TV programs all in Spanish ... No Air Conditioner in our room ...Most importantly, the US dollar exchange rate to Chilean Peso is at 550 compared to bank rate of 729 some 25% in favor of the Hotel ! Unreasonable and not fair to the quests.

Muy mala experiencia

El hotel es céntrico, cerca de tod pero no cuenta con aire acondicionado, solo hay un ventilador, realmente incomodo. Otra cosa, el wifi, muy mala la señal en todo el hotel, estuve en una habitación en uno de los extremos y no llegaba la señal. Otra cosa, el restaurante no está abierto hasta muy tarde, cierra temprano.
