「I stayed for 6 nights for sping holiday. Excellent entertainment staff. Very proffessional, very friendly, and very helpful 5 star entertainment staff. Room Cleaning staffs were also very friendly. Room was ocean view, and is in okay condition (Ants were running around but tolarable). Food was good for all inclusive hotel. Lots of options and kids loved it. If they can offer better quality coffee, it would be even better. However, reception was awful. They don't care at all about keeping guest...

「Absolut begeistert von allem. Top Service Personal, noch die so kompetentes Personal gesehen. Am Pool ist es sehr entspannt und leise. Wunderbares Hotel. Man kann sehr gut schlafen nachts. Die Schallisolierten Zimmer erfüllen ihren Zweck. Vom Flur und den Türen hört man natürlich ab und zu etwas aber nur Tagsüber da Nachts alle schlafen. Perfekt! 」

「Excellent Staff except for grumpy bartender at pool. We brought our own drinking cups but was forcing us to use the hotels plastic cups and pay 1€ deposit. Made no sense. Rooms need updating. Especially bathrooms but the beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean. We asked for a quiet room and they put us on the top floor - thank you. Food at restaurant for all inclusive was decent and there was variety everyday. Staff at the restaurant were excellent. Hotel located in good proximity...
