「I stayed at this hotel last year and it was very nice, so I stayed there again this year. This time we had a few small problems, but when we reported them to the staff, they quickly responded and resolved them. Also, the restaurant was very delicious and the staff was very kind. I thought I would stay again.」

「This hotel is my regular stay when I come to Chennai. You can freely go in and out of Express Avenue, so you can enjoy meals, shopping, movies, etc. regardless of the weather. The hotel staff is very kind and willing to give you advice. I come to see movies during Pongal and am very satisfied because there is a movie theater next door. I would like to stay again next time.」
「The room was extremely small but i stayed because of hotel staff Yuvuraj's hospitality and helpfulness as when my son was unwell due to food poisoning eating from Bukari Biryani, hotel staff Yuvuraj helped very much to bring us to the doctor and patiently waited with us for nearly 3 hours until treatment finished and brought us back. Its wss a big comfort. I will recommend anyone to go to this hotel because of the staff Yuvuraj. Thanks very much again Yuvuraj. Appreciated much.」
