The staff went above and beyond by providing an umbrella for my visa interview since it was raining, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. They were also very accommodating with my check-in time upon request, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The food was absolutely delicious — I genuinely enjoyed every meal. Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality, and I would highly recommend this hotel."
