Drac 4 by dracmallorca

Drac 4 is located in a unique location on the first line of the sea on the fine white sandy beach in Cala Santanyí, a small and quiet bay surrounded by pine trees in the southeast of Mallorca, about 50 km from the airport. The apartment has views of the entire cove. It has a spacious terrace with an awning, furnished with a table and 6 chairs, ideal for dining outside and enjoying the beautiful views. The property has two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and combi fridge. Drac 4 is fully furnished and equipped with Sat-TV and internet.

A cot and high chair are provided upon request. Bed linen and towels are of course available. Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, large supermarkets and a popular weekly market, is about 3.5 km away.



The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.

Beautiful little apartment in Santanyi!

We are so glad we stayed at this place. Drac 4 has a beautiful balcony, kitchen and bedrooms, and a view of the beach. The host was also very easy to communicate with and replied back to messages quickly. Would definitely recommend!

El apartamento es todo lo que ves en las fotos. Está muy cerca de la playa. Hay un minimercado en la zona y también hay varios restaurantes por lo que todo está a poca distancia. Vimos algunas críticas quejándose del ruido del café de abajo, pero no notamos nada importante. Recomendamos reservar este apartamento.

A great and relaxing escape!

Service was excellent. Location convenient to shopping, restaurants, beach Drain in second shower problematic. though I realize it's a problem with sand rinsed off post beach accumulates in drainage traps which hinders drainage. I've had similar challenges living on the beach in Florida and renting to tenants. So, I had to snake the drain periodically to move the sand from trap or suck it ou with a vacuum. I did sweep shower floor daily.

Die perfekte Lage für einen ungezwungen Familien-Strand-Urlaub. Die Atmosphäre in der Bucht, die Bars, die Restaurants...vor allem wenn es abends ruhiger wird Das Mobiliar und die Badezimmer der Wohnung sind in die Jahre gekommen...hier wäre eine Renovierung wünschenswert
