The house is situated in a very quiet area with views over the fields, at the Santanyí town border.

The house is built in the typical Santanyí style, but the interior is very modern.

The ground floor is divided into a master bedroom with large en suite bathroom, equipped with shower and bath, a spacious kitchen-dining area with large table for up to 10 people and a central cooking island with space for 5 people, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a second double bedroom and another bathroom with shower.

Both the kitchen-dining area and the master bedroom have access to the backyard with 7,25m x 3,25m large pool with jacuzzi area, barbecue and outdoor shower. In addition, there are 2 large electric awnings, which provide pleasant shade and cover the large outdoor table. For sunbathing there are 6 sun loungers available.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms. One with a balcony and bathroom en suite, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One has a balcony and the other one direct access to the large terrace.

There is also a spacious living area on the upper floor, also with direct access to the large terrace with beautiful view over the fields. On this terrace there is a table and chairs for 4 people as well as two sun loungers.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, two TVs with satellite connection, fast Internet access and Wifi throughout the house.

Just a 5-minute walk away is the Market Square and a variety of restaurants and shops. In Santanyí you will find everything for your daily needs. There are two big supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bars with live music, exhibitions, and much more. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the popular weekly market takes place. In addition, Santanyí is the ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area or for beach visits. Particularly noteworthy are the beaches of S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí and Cala Llombards, as well as the beautiful kilometer-long sandy beach Es Trenc located between Colonia Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita. Also worth a visit are the two enchanting coastal towns of Cala Figuera and Porto Petro. On excursions you can visit the caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo or the saltworks located between Campos and Colònia de Sant Jordi, as well as the convent of Santuari de Sant Salvador at Felanitx, located on a 509 m high mountain, with a fantastic panoramic views over the island.

Wir haben die Nähe zur Stadt sehr geliebt, tolle Restaurants und schicke Bars Wir waren rundum glücklich, auch mit der Betreuung. Ok, wir waren eine trinkfreudige Truppe und uns haben Weingläser gefehlt, aber das wär jetzt jammern auf hohem Niveau

Selten ein Haus mit einem solchen Rund-um-Sorglos Paket bewohnt. Das Zentrum von Santanyi ist ca. 400m entfernt und alle Restaurants in Santanyi fussläufig zu erreichen. Alle Strände kann man locker mit E-Bikes über kaum befahrende Nebenstraßen anfahren. Uns wurde sogar erlaubt die E-Bikes in der Garage abzustellen, die normalerweise nicht zur Vermietung gehört.

Nice place to stay for holidays. House and location are great close to the center of the village. Cala are magic and close to the house (10 min by car). Only one concern is presence of ants in the house.

Die Lage der Villa ist super. Am Rande des wunderschönen Örtchens Santanyi gelegen, erreicht man zu Fuß zahlreiche tolle Restaurants und Bars wie auch den Ortskern mit kleiner Fußgängerzone und vielen Geschäften und Cafés, die zum Bummeln und Verweilen einladen. Mittwochs und Samstags ist Markt, wer regionale Kunst, Kleidung oder frisches Obst und Gemüse erwerben möchte, ist hier richtig. Aber: es kommen viele Menschen zusammen, die Innenstadt ist an diesen beiden Tagen mehr als voll! Zum nächsten Strand in Cala Santanyi sind es nur wenige Autominuten. Die Villa bietet viel modernen Comfort, ausreichend Platz und angenehme Kühle durch die Klimaanlage. Die Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und vielen Liegen bietet zu jeder Zeit sonnige Plätze, durch die zwei Markisen aber auch immer ausreichend Schatten. Der Pool sorgt für herrliche Abkühlung! Hervorheben möchten wir den ausgezeichneten Kontakt zur Vermietungsgesellschaft sowie den Handtuch- und Bettwäschenwechsel nach einer Woche! Auch der Techniker für den Pool war sehr nett und hat sich toll gekümmert, vielen Dank dafür! Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Die Villa ist innen wunderschön in weiß gehalten. Sowohl der Küchen- und Essbereich als auch die Bäder sind optisch ein Hingucker. Allerdings sind die Oberflächen (Arbeitsplatte, Spüle, Waschbecken) empfindlich. Man muss sehr aufpassen hier keine Verfärbungen zu verursachen. Es wird ausreichend darauf hingewiesen hier aufzupassen und es gelingt auch, erfordert aber (gerade mit Kindern) eine ständige „Hab-Acht-Stellung“, die mitunter auch anstrengend werden kann. Der zweite Punkt sind die Ameisen… In südlichen Ländern sicherlich nicht immer ganz zu verhindern, aber in dieser Penetranz uns so noch nicht begegnet. Jeder kleinste Krümmel wird sofort bestraft, aber auch in den Schlafräumen, in denen nicht gegessen wurde, war plötzlich die eine oder andere Straße der kleinen Tiere. Vielleicht kann hier an der einen oder anderen Dichtung nachgebessert werden.

Wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft für den Urlaub mit unserer Familie (Ü60 und Ü80) vorstellen können. Stilvolle Einrichtung mit allem, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Die Terrasse und der große Pool laden zum Verweilen und Träumen ein. Die Essens-Zubereitung in der großzügigen Küche hat Spaß gemacht und der Kühlschrank bietet eine Menge Platz. Die liebevoll eingerichteten Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich und die ruhige Lage sorgt für ausgeschlafene, erholte Urlauber. Wir alle hatten eine sehr entspannende Zeit und hätten die Villa am liebsten gar nicht verlassen. Die Betreuung lief äußerst reibungslos, zuvorkommend und freundlich ab. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal herzlich und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage und supermodernes Haus. Haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und werden das Objekt wieder buchen. Sehr gute und vor allem leise Klimaanlage. In der Küchenausstattung fehlt noch ein grosser Topf und die Kochmesser könnten ergänzt werden. Im Poolbereich fehlt noch zusätzlicher Sonnenschutz.
