Good location, attentive owner

Enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Really good location - walk to centre of Santander in less than 10 minutes. A good climb on the way back! Bus front and back of apartment to Sardinero and the beaches or a 5K run if you prefer that. Owner is really helpful, responsive and kind. Only negative is a good sofa is needed to sit on! Nice view from the balcony. Apartment is quiet. WiFi was great - thank you Manolo for sorting that out for us! Hopefully we'll be back.

Es un piso grande y luminoso,bastante limpio y muy bien equipado muy bien situado, tanto como para moverte por el mismo Santander como para salir de la ciudad a hacer excursiones a otros pueblos. Estupendas vacaciones en familia

El piso es amplio, luminoso y cómodo. La ubicación es muy biena porque en 10 m a pie estás en el centro y si quieres salir por la provincia para ver otras zonas y playas está muy próximo las salidas de las autovías a Bilbao y a Oviedo por lo que no hay que atravesar la ciudad. Por otro lado Santander es una ciudad preciosa llena de atractivos turísitcos. En toda Cantabria se disfruta de una excelente gastronomía y de una gran belleza paisajísitca.

Appartement spacieux et propre

Notre séjour s’est bien passé. Nous avons été très bien reçu. Ce qui est super c’est que notre hôte parlait le français. Ça nous a beaucoup aidé. Seule chose à faire évoluer, mettre un peu plus de verres, de cuillères et il faudrait une grande poêle. En dehors de ça, très bien. Je vous conseille cet hôte. Merci pour tout.

L'appartement de Manolo est spacieux et lumineux. Idéal pour une famille avec ses 3 chambres, son grand salon, sa cuisine séparée et le petit balcon très appréciable pour les apéros! Il est idéalement situé sur les hauteurs de Santander, à environ 15min à pied du centre ville historique (c'est pentu, mais il y a des escalators!). Un bus à 5-10min peut vous emmener à la plage en 10min, et à la péninsule de Magdalena en 20. Et le parc au pied de l'immeuble est très très appréciable pour les familles avec des enfants en bas age. Manolo est un hôte extrêmement disponible et agréable, c'est véritablement un plus pour cette location. Nous conseillons sans hésitation cet appartement.

je tiens à remercier le propriétaire MANOLO ainsi que son fils ALFONSO, pour leurs gentillesses et leurs dévouements. logement grand et spacieux, exposé plein sud/ouest, proche du centre ville, 10mn, et des plages avec le bus ligne 5C1 ou 5C2 à l'aller et 5C2 pour le retour. le ménage est compris dans le prix, les points négatifs ; pas de wifi, pas de clim, le logement est ancien (l'appareillage est usé, fer à repasser, micro ondes etc..), pas de douche dans la seconde salle de bain. les places sur le parking sont un vrai problème car si vous rentrer après 20h, il sera difficile de se garer et attendre qu'une place se libère. ce logement est très bien situer car proche de tous commerces, centre ville, plage, et village à voir. merci encore à MANOLO et son fils.

La vivienda es tal y como describe el propietario, el cual es muy amable y servicial, pero el edificio y la vivienda huelen a humedad. El aparcamiento, tanto en la urbanización como en la zona, es muy difícil a determinadas horas. La casa está amueblada para estudiantes y necesita renovarse. La zona donde se ubica es regular. Posee un pequeño cuarto de baño y un aseo pequeño también, ambos interiores. Repito, lo mejor, el dueño.

La casa es espaciosa, cómoda y limpia.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa de Manolo, que ha sido atento y encantador. La situación de la casa está muy bien porque en 10-15 minutos andando estas en el centro o en la playa. Fácil aparcamiento. Estancia muy recomendable, si volvemos a Santander repetiremos seguro.

Piso estupendo!

Recomendamos este piso! Nuestra estancia aqui fue estupenda. Estuvimos 4 personas, 6 noches. El piso es grande, tiene dos baños y sitio para todos. Ademas la vista del balcon es muy bonita. Esta en lugar ideal: andando hasta el centro 10 minutos, tambien se puede bajar en funicular y hasta la playa ni 10 minutos en bus. Nos lo hemos pasado muy bien y Manolo es muy simpatico, buen contacto. Gracias por todo. Hasta otra! Super Wohnung, zu empfehlen! Sehr groß mit ausreichend Platz. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einmalig. Die Lage ist optimal: 10 min bis zum Zentrum und die Strände sind einfach mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Wir waren zu viert und hatten eine schöne Zeit hier. Zudem ist der Vermieter hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
