Westside Hacienda House

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1 Office, Two Car Garage located in the new Valencia Park subdivision. Located just across the state line, just minutes from the West Side of El Paso and IH-10. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from West Towne Marketplace featuring ample dining, entertainment, and shopping. The property features an open concept layout, central air-conditioner and heating, tile flooring, and new stainless steel kitchen appliances, as well as new quartz counters in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The master bath features a garden jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and walk in closet. The master bedroom plus the living room feature new flat screen TV’s, The beds are high end comfort with soft sheets and duvet covers.

We have added even more disinfecting processes to our already stringent cleaning procedures and provide everything you could ever need for a clean, safe and enjoyable stay.



One king bed in master with attached bath and walk in closet, second bedroom one queen with closet, and bedroom three features one queen with closet. This property comfortably sleeps six people.

The property includes WiFi and smart TVs (have Amazon Prime, Netlfix, etc. capability) as well as an attached two car garage. The open living area features a 70" inch flat screen TV and a plush sofa. The property also has a washer and dryer. You will not be disappointed with this property it’s truly a comfy Hacienda in the desert.

The house is clean , comfortable, and spacious. Easily accessible, and not too far from El Paso. We enjoyed the scenic drive through the nearby mountains and quick access to restaurants and shopping.

Great property. Clean and looked nice. Was a great place for my husband and I to stay. Unfortunately the reason for going there was a sad one, hope to go there again for some happier trips. Would book again should it be free.

Nice house, poorly maintained. It was nice when I stayed last year. Now...dusty counters, stained sheets, smelly bathroom, no soap and not enough paper towels or toilet paper. Very disappointed!

It was a nice and spacious place. I think some more furnishings in the living area would be great as there was just a couch but other than that, it.was perfect for a quick stay!

The place is exactly as described! My mother in law and I stayed and were able to be in separate parts of the house and not bother each other. Although the neighborhood is busy, its relatively quiet. Will definitely be booking again if Im ever in town again

This house was absolutely fantastic!!!! It’s a spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a park within walking distance. Everything was clean and absolutely perfect. Isaiah the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I had an issue not in regards to the home but that could have extended our stay. He was willing to work with me and potentially extending our stay. It was an amazing home, area and host. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

House was amazing. Very clean, very neat. Nice backyard. Backyard had pretty old dog poop that would have been nice to have it cleaned for the kids, but cleaning it ourselves was easy. Entrance to property was easy and well communicated. Microwave door handle broken off which made using it a bit difficult, but not the biggest deal. Overall great place to stay would highly recommend it!
