The "Raddison" was a Motel 6. The filthiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Although my original $ was refunded, the Motel 6 charged far more than the "Radisson". I’m extremely disappointed with Expedia for not making this right.

I love the meth head lurking around for our welcome. Plus the order morning meth head lurking in the morning. Only good thing I can point out is the police department presence throughout the night.

Nothing specifically wrong with it but it is very, very basic accommodation. A bit noisy. I got the impression that some of it might be used as subsidized SROs. Overpriced for what it was.

My wife saw a cd behind the tv on the box/shelf and said somebody left a cd. Umm it had a line of white powder on it and obviously had seen a full shift. I mean that would have been a great concierge gift in the 90’s but at 16 + years of sobriety not so much.

Stayed here because of the price and not very familiar with the area or city...it was just for one night so I went for it. Staff was very friendly and check in easy, but my room reeked of stale smoke. Towels were clean but some were stained, and there were cigarette burns in the sheet, curtain, and I shower curtain. The property itself was unkempt. Looks like it used to be a motel 6, which is fine, but was in much worse shape than any motel 6 I've stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot. Think there are a few people living there and there was a visitor next door for most of the night and they were loud. This place seemed very sketchy even though the holiday inn express next door seemed very nice.

Front office guy was great but the place is a total dump. I wasn’t expecting much for the price but it was really bad. The place was filthy, bed sheets were stained, floor was full of dirt and debris, hookers and tweakers lurking all night.

Visible filth everywhere including shower floor, walls, seats, table. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Felt like camping.

Save yourself a sleepless night and go elsewhere... like to the Holiday Inn next door. I cannot believe Radisson is ok worth their name on this fleabag motel. It should be renamed Drug Culture Inn by Radisson. They obviously cater to street people, drug users and the underbelly of the nightlife scene. Definitely not family friendly!! My room was small, noisy, filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. Like someone had been smoking in there for years. The floor was disgusting and o never took my shoes off. What little sleep I got was in my street clothes. Could not take a shower because the towels were filthy. The refrigerator didn't get cold, and made a strange sound. There was no microwave. The bedsheets had tears and were dirty. I could go on but why bother. You get the point. The room looked NOTHING like the photos. Was literally the worst motel experience of my life.

Staff didnt know where our rooms were but pretended to and gave us bogus directions. A towell was filled with hair. Some black stuff was smeared all over the floor and dried up under a bed. Looks like its been there a while. Beds were VERY uncomfortable. Pillows are flat and hard. Room was very hot when we got there and the AC barely worked. Never got comfortable all night. Shower is TINY. Rooms are small. Curtains had cigarette burns in them.

Park Inn by Radisson is a brand I have stayed at in Davao, Philippines on many occasions and have considered it a top destination. This Santa Rosa California branded hotel, however, is anything but. It's essentially a recycled motel 8, dirty, beat, a clientele of drug users, prostitutes and others, with corresponding noise, fighting, police and no peace at all. All it's good for is a low rent rendezvous.I'm shocked that Radisson would put their Park Inn brand on it. Unless they are going to tear this down and build something new, there's no saving it.

Other guests talking loudly outside the room until 1am, random guy knocking on the door to presumably find his dealer at 12:30, broken TV, smoked out room. Ended up booking at another hotel for the second night the first was not a decent night sleep.
