A golf cart is included so you can explore the area, head to the beach, or check out nearby dining and shops with ease.

With its fresh remodel, bright modern feel, and unbeatable location, it’s the perfect place to unwind and make the most of your stay.

Note: 2 cars max

Items Left Behind:
There will be a $50 shipping and handling fee per item for any item left behind that you wish to be returned. We will provide a tracking number within 3 days of receipt of the fee.

All guests must sign a Rental Agreement after booking. You will be sent a link to click and sign.

Maximum number of guests at this property is 4 regardless of age. No more than 4 humans total.

The golf cart is included with your reservation but you are not renting the golf cart through VRBO. It is a 3rd party vehicle and you will need to provide them with your drivers license and insurance in order to get the key. It is NOT a golf cart -according the to the authorities of Walton County, FL it is a motorized vehicle with a real license plate and can not go on roads that are more than 35mph. The host is not liable for any actions or injuries incurred while using the golf cart.

We booked this house as a last minute girls trip for my friend before surgery. The house was immaculate and beyond exceeded our expectations. The location is right on 30a and with the golf cart we were able to drive everywhere in it to access shopping in seaside, dinner in rosemary and grayton beach. The beach access is great and very easy to get to. September was beautiful weather, wasn’t as packed and overall just a beautiful trip. We even took a day trip to crab island which wasn’t far at all from where we stayed and the only time we truly drove our car anywhere. We had everything at the house we needed and we can’t wait to book this house again!

Very clean. The bikes and golf cart were awesome to ride. I have not rode a bike in 30 years. When we come back we will stay again. So close to the beach.
