Welcome to Beach Living on 30A! 353 Matt's Way is located in a private and serene setting... nestled amongst the Point Washington State Forest in the Lakeside neighborhood of Blue Mountain Beach. This 5-bedroom home offers over 3500 sqft of luxurious accommodations and can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. The living area provides stunning views of the Forest and a comfortable and open setting for family gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances, a butlers pantry, and island with seating for 5. Located just off the family room is a large covered porch with outdoor seating overlooking the gorgeous pool and patio area. The first floor features a spacious king bedroom with private bath and work desk perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

On the 2nd floor, you'll find 4 additional bedrooms including the primary suite with ensuite bath, 2 guest Queen bedrooms which share a jack n jill bathroom and a private king suite with private bath and balcony.

The third floor offers even more space with a large loft living room, perfect for movie nights or game nights with work desk, queen sleeper sofa and a special game room located just off the main room...a hiding spot for the younger guests to enjoy!

The home also features a private pool, with the option to heat upon request with an additional fee, and 5 complimentary bikes for exploring the community. In addition to the private pool, your guests may also enjoy visiting the community pool, which is also heated seasonally. Thankful Week

The house was clean and stocked with an appropriate amount of cookware, pots and pans, towels and other toiletries. The light in the garage tripped and we were unable to locate the breaker. We had to reach out to get the location of the breaker box. We did get a response immediately. The temperature in the bedroom on the first floor was not consistent (either too cold or too hot). Otherwise, the managing hosts were easily accessible and responded in a timely manner.
