The Perfect Stay
The perfect stay for us! The garage apartment layout is well designed and equipped with everything you need. The owners did a great job on the decor, furniture, fixtures, bathroom, making the apartment a pleasure to be in. We stayed 6 nights and were amazed how comfortable the room was. The owners provide beach chairs, floats and stuff, if you want to play in the surf, and a beach wagon to tote it all to the beach... awesome.
The property manager was the best! Super responsive, had all the answers to our questions. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners as well and talked several times with John, who offered recommendations and would ask each time if we had everything we needed... wonderful person, blessed to meet him.
Details - From the driveway, through the neighborhood, to the path, then boardwalk, and finally out onto the beach is about 15 minutes. We considered this very convenient. We rode the provided bikes to explore and go to a restaurant which was a nice change from driving.
In summary, the entire experience was top shelf. It's a fantastic place to stay for singles or couples that appreciate what 30A has to offer, the convenience and quality of the property, and the great people who manage it. Cheers!
