There was a cleaning lady waiting for us to check in, as nice as she could she was not the manager. I asked about welcome drinks as this was included in my booking as Gold member, she called the owner and told us it was not part of the booking, despite showing on the booking confirmation. "AMAZING stay. We are out of words to describe our stay at Naxos-Rhyton. First off the location is breathless. It is close to water with spectacular view of Temple of Apollo. Our concierge Petros was the BEST. He was always there to help . He arranged our in-room massages , got us our breakfast , helped us in every way .
