The pool and cleanly was great. The WiFi never worked and the way the mechanics work of the room were confusing.

Was transferred to another property with no choice. Hotel room had noisy a/c, TV had poor reception, little hot water, no fridge or ice machine. Pool was ok. Maids were great. Hotel had good location.

The beds were much too hard to sleep on. I slept on the couch instead. The people were very friendly and helpful but did not speak much english. The maid cleaned the room daily and made beautiful towel sculptures. There were sugar ants in the kitchen that I could not get rid of. The ceiling fans had a mind of their own was hard to get the right speed. Ac is in the bedrooms but not the living area.

Al concerns addressed quickly. Ants were sprayed . Ceiling fan was repaired . Dim lights were exchanged. Staff excellent. Small things would make this place better. Towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. Two chairs in the rooms. Real glasses or cups.

Pros: - The rooms, pool, grounds, common areas all super clean - The location is excellent. You're close to town, close to the beach, right behind the Chedraui. And it's quite quiet at night, except the darn crickets and neighbour's dog sometimes has a moment in the middle of the night - Price is right

La alberca no estaba funcionando, fue lo único que no le gusto, la atención muy buena, los cuartos muy limpios, las personas de servicio fueron muy atentas en todo momento, un muy buen lugar y a 5 minutos caminando de la playa de Chahué.

Una muy buena opción para hospedaje en familia

La reservación fácil y rápida por Expedia.com, a un buen precio. El check in fue ágil y de forma muy cortés. El trato por el personal fue agradable y siempre con amabilidad.Su ubicación es excelente pues está entre el centro de La Crucecita y el puerto de Santa Cruz, Huatulco, pudiendo llegar a cualquiera de ellos de forma rápida e incluso caminando. En los Condominios Jaroje no solo pernoctamos, sino que en verdad sentimos la tranquilidad para descansar en vacaciones.

Condominios incomodos para descansar.

Condominio sin clima en sala-comedor, sin cortina en cocina, la gente pasaba por detras y veia todo, si privacidad en sala comedor, camas duras y el personal con poca actitud de servicio y poco amables.

Lamentamos que haya tenido experiencia negativa en nuestro establecimiento.... entiendo que el tener que pagar objetos dañados genera inconformidad, pero de cualquier manera tomaremos en cuenta sus comentarios para mejorar

Huatulco

I was totally surprised when arriving in Huatulco, clean, excellent road, the friendliest, nicest people who look you straight in the eyes with a big smile, a true one. The location of condominium JJaroje is great, 2 blocks to a fine beach and 3 to where all the action is. Very clean room made up every day, pool towels with shade by the pool. Nothing in need of repair. My room was the furthest away so the wifi was weak and would kick out at times but also was very quiet and private Great price for a room with 2 queen size beds

Huatulco family trip 2018

Amazing place to stay with kids we had a great time at this condo cooking and playing loteria we felt just like home grocery syore right across the street and la crucesita mercado less than 5minute taxi ride Next time we are in huatulco for sure we will be staying here again the staff is very friendly and helpful

tough day at check in, long day travelling and didn't get what we thought.......1 hour later they honored our booking.....lots of children at th pool

Specificly in tris reservation you booked by mistake a diferent room than the one you were expecting, but we upgraded you with NO CHARGE that was what the delay was for.

pas de chaises longues autour de la piscine.Pas de cafetière ni de grille-pain dans les condos.On doit laisser une pièce d'identité pour avoir un peu de vaisselle en plastique.Très rudimentaire comme endroit mais par contre,c'est très propre.
