Guest Access:

You’ll have full private access to your entire two-level loft, including the kitchen, living area, two bathrooms, upper-level king bedroom, and private terrace and balcony.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE



• Two-level layout: the loft has a ground-floor entrance with living area and kitchen, and an internal staircase leading to the upstairs king bedroom and second bathroom. Please consider this if you have mobility concerns.



• Daily housekeeping is included at no extra cost and takes place between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. You may request to skip service or adjust timing when possible.



• Zicatela Beach is known for strong waves and currents. It is ideal for experienced surfers and wave watching. For swimming, we recommend calm beaches nearby such as Puerto Angelito or Carrizalillo. Our pools are a safe alternative for relaxing.



• Starlink WiFi is available and generally performs well for remote work and streaming. As with any satellite-based service, speeds may vary during extreme weather or peak usage times.



• Common areas (pools, gardens, terraces, and bar) are shared with other Casa Leah guests and professionally maintained. Security cameras are located only in shared areas, never inside units or private spaces.



• This is a tropical coastal environment. Despite regular cleaning, occasional insects or geckos may appear, which is common in coastal areas.



• Puerto Escondido is a growing destination. From time to time, you may notice nearby construction or brief utility interruptions, which are usually resolved quickly.
