「Very friendly staff」

「This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The staff was so friendly, caring, and supportive that we didn't want to leave. (Special shoutout to Enrique and Madelín at the front desk!) The hotel is super clean. Our room was even mopped every day. The pool and breakfast were amenities that made it even more worth staying.」

The owners offered us help in so many ways, such as recommending us a bilingual tour guide and even lending their phones to contact the coordinator, undertaking laundry and boxing breakfasts when we had to go out early in the morning. 「The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable in my opinion as a side sleeper. I woke up with aches in my shoulders and hips and had trouble sleeping at times. My partner sleeps on his back and didn’t mind but side sleepers beware! The mattress was very hard. The breakfast was really nice and it was nice to have the pool/outdoor space to sit sometimes. We never used the pool but we ate at the tables a few times. It’s in a good location as well,...
