「We loved our stay at this hotel! The owners offered us help in so many ways, such as recommending us a bilingual tour guide and even lending their phones to contact the coordinator, undertaking laundry and boxing breakfasts when we had to go out early in the morning. The property was very clean and the housekeeper even washed our cooking equipment left in the kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and professional. The requirement of a water taxi to get to the hotel while daunting at first, is not an issue at all as they are cheap and plentiful. Our room had a great ocean view. The housekeeping and Turndown services were perfectly timed.」
