"I wish I could leave a better review. First if you get this property I recommend you check with host right away if the property is actually available. I found out three days before they weren’t expecting even though I already paid for it. Bathrooms didn’t have a toilet seat and it was never addressed. Host really tried to help but his is not his main job nor he is the owner. Garage doors were in bad shape, broken windows and the cabinets everywhere were falling apart. I had to buy my own pots...

"Tiene un jacuzzi, pero NO alberca y la tienen ofrecida dentro de las amenidades , el BBQ esta muy deteriorado , algunas de las propiedades vecinas son bastante ruidosas ( música a mucho volumen toda la noche y hasta la madrugada ) aunque dentro de la casa no se escucha mucho ruido si cierras todo.Algunas latas de cerveza vacias y algo de desorden en las cercanias de la casa.La tarifa que me cobraron, no tiene buena relacion con lo que ofrecen"

Es un poco alejado pero la locacion y la vista siempre me enamoraba cada mañana tomando mi cafe mirando hacia afuera. Las habitaciones amplias y las camas comodas. Toda la casa estaba impecable cuando llegamos me sentia en mi propia casa. No necesitas traer nada la casa estaba amueblada con todo lavadora, secadora, wifi, horno, sartenes, hoyas, platos, y vasos. "Die Erfahrung war schrecklich! Es war kein Appartement sondern nur ein Zimmer dass professorisch in eine Wohnung gezimmert wurde, es Leben noch 6 andere Personen inklusive der Besitzer in der Wohnung! Als wir reklamierten haben wir bis jetzt noch kein Geld zurück bekommen, wir sind wieder abgereist und haben nicht dort geschlafen, Expedia und Vrbo haben uns nicht geholfen der Vermieter hatte keine Ahnung wie man das storniert und hatte nicht einmal Zugang zu seinem Account! "Photos deceiving , property needs lot of improvements, didn’t have Toilet paper on n bathroom, no trash liners , kitchen not equipped with enough pots & pans & not very well secured , cleaning crew walked in at 6.30 am by mistake & manager did apologize for that misunderstanding, hot tub description misleading"

"I was welcomed by three employees of the hotel with such warmth, I immediately felt at home. Laura, in particular, was so attentive to me during my entire stay. I was sad to leave. A wonderful experience. The only caveat is that it's a little far from the main town, but the hotel can arrange for a Tuk Tuk for you (very cheap and fun). "

"Everything at Arde la Selva was amazing, the staff is super friendly, food and drinks are great, the premises are really comfortable, pools are great, but ... the music is unnecessarily loud. I understand the afternoons and evenings are more vibrant, but having loud music from 8 am to 12 m prevents from enjoying a relaxing time. I liked everything but definitely would not define our stay as "quiet"."
