「My husband & I stayed 3 nights at this apartment. Can’t beat the view from the terrace. Nice home base for all we wanted to do In Pinhão. Took an 8 hour wine tour with Douro Tours…visited wineries, view points, lunch & boat ride….really nice day & our guide Phillip was wonderful! 「The area was gorgeous and the view could not be beat. We made fresh orange juice and lemonade from the citrus trees, walked in the vineyard and cork forest, and enjoyed the quiet. The downside was the drive- it was a bit far from town and needs to be driven in daylight- do not attempt at night (single lane, tight curves, no guardrails, very rural). The house was spacious but could use some upgrades.」

「Loved the place, Adriana is the best host. Well equipped, we cooked all our meals (stayed 2days). Only warning, it is a long way to the nearest store (20 min drive) so take everything with you. Loved our time there, breathtaking views and absolute calm.」

「We had a great time in this lovely place hidden away in Portugal. We were a mixed group of friends and family - ages from 5 to 85. The facilities were excellent and the views were absolutely amazing. The hosts and Maria were incredibly helpful - Brilliant!」

「Le logement est minuscule, et contrairement à ce qui est indiqué il n'y a pas 2 salles de bain. Aucune fenêtre ne possède de volet, les toilettes et la douche sont dans la chambre principale en mode ouvert. Le samedi soir il y a réunion au bar juste sous les fenêtres jusqu'à 3h00 du matin donc obligé de dormir les fenêtres fermées sans clim, et réveillé à 05:00 pa r le coq, les chiens et à 07:00 par le boulanger.... 」

「We stayed at this property during the first week in October. There were 7 of us ranging in age from 40 to 73. The property is beautiful and has everything you need. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. The pool is wonderful. There are not a lot of restaurants in the area, and you need to have transportation to get to them. 「Our host, Ana, graciously provided a wonderful fresh bread each morning and other foods for breakfast. The apartment was clean, with two barrooms with very comfortable beds and, when the weather got hot, AC. The view of the Douro down below is lovely at night. And the stunning views of vineyard-studded hillsides make this a true value and memorable experience. Ana is an efficient, gracious and helpful host.」

「A wonderful stay in stunning surroundings. The views on the road from the villa to Peso da Régua are simply breathtaking. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is exceedingly well equipped with every appliance you can think of. The beds are comfortable and all rooms have air conditioning.
