ホテルは良かったのです。ただ、車で行きましたが、ホテル回りの道が車幅＋10cm位しか無く、その上人通りも多いため、歩行者を何人ひっかけそうになったか・・・。 車で行くのは止めたほうが良いです。

近くに系列のホテルがあるらしく、満室の場合はそちらに回される。ただ系列の方もものすごく住環境がよく、繁華街も近いので不満はない。唯一の欠点はメトロの駅が遠いことだが、これはどちらかというとセビージャの街の問題な気がする。

観光にも食事にも最適な場所にあり、フラメンコのロスガロスのシアターまで5分くらい。チケットもフロントが手配してくれた。部屋は清潔で広く、フロントもとてもフレンドリー。

Our room was smaller than I expected, but that’s on me, really. The staff was terrific, the place was super clean and it was in a terrific location - very walkable and right next to a Metro stop for the farther spots. We had a wonderful stay here. Even though the street noise (it’s a very active area of the city) traveled up to the room, when we closed the electric blinds, you could barely hear anything. I wish the hotels I stay at in New York had those - what a help!

Super hôtel et personnel très aimable et arrangeant. Notre chambre initiale n’avait pas de fenêtre mais la réception nous a tout de suite trouvé une alternative et avec une belle vue ! Nous y reviendrons sans problème

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Mirella and her colleagues from housekeeping were exceptional as was the woman working the rooftop bar. Our room was spacious and clean but completely devoid of a view other than staring directly into another guest’s room. The rooms weren’t soundproof at all as noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms was quite audible, especially coming from the late night high-heel wearing, luggage dragging guest above our room. The area around the hotel was lively and a bit smelly due to garbage bins just outside the entrance. The rooftop pool area is a plus!

What a lovely stay at this hotel, staff were really helpful, the room lovely, walking distance to everything and a lovely rooftop pool and bar! Couldn’t fault anything about it - would definitely recommend.

We were disappointed that we requested a room with two beds and they gave us a room with one bed. They said they would move us to another room the next day but didn’t.

Het was een super verblijf. Midden in het centrum en heerlijke kamers. Ook heel fijn dat je rust plekken hebt buiten en een zwembad. Fijn om daar lekker te zitten, als je de hele dag door de hete stad gewandeld hebt. De staff is ook erg vriendelijk. Zeker een grote aanrader dit hotel! Wij hebben genoten!

Central hotel with very friendly staff, free bottled water and bottle of wine in room, lovely roof top bar which we used during day and evening. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location within walking distance of historical centre and also tapas bars/restaurants. The hotel itself is very clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the tea/coffee facilities in the room and the breakfast was excellent.The staff were friendly and very helpful . Would definitely recommend this hotel .

The hotel is lovely and the staff was great. The only issue I had with our room was that you could hear everything going on outside of our room. The maid closet was next to our room and you could hear them talking and moving carts starting around 7am.

It was good but I’m not sure why it’s got great reviews. Great - Location, rooftop, cleaners/room cleaning. Pretty average - Everything else. The rooms are very utilitarian. Nothing soft and no decorations in sight. The staff were professional but not very warm and the one time we asked for something they didn’t do it or get back to us on it.

We loved our stay. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was so helpful. We would love to come back and would definitely pick this hotel again. Never needed a taxi. We were given lots of tips for the city upon arrival. Absolutely loved this spot!

The staff were excellent. Really welcoming, informative and helpful. The hotel is immaculate and staff clearly take a lot of pride in their work. A special shout out to Miguel on reception whose food recommendations were all fabulous. Such a wonderful location, with all main attractions in easy walking distance. Seville is a beautiful city and if we were to return, we would definitely stay at the Hotel Rey Alfonso X
